1.Can you provide samples? What about the cost?
Standard swatch cards are free. For custom or meter samples, nominal cost is charged, which will be credited against your future bulk order. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
2.What are the payment terms?
We commonly accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Terms can be discussed based on order value and cooperation.

4. Lap Dips and Strike Offs
(1).For dyed fabric: Confirm the colors from Pantone Book, and we will finish it in 5 workdays.
(2).For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we will make strike-offs for approral before the bulk production, and it will spend about 5-7 workdays.
5. Garments made from the same batch of fabric show color differences.
This is typically dye lot variation. Even with the same dye formula, slight color discrepancies are inevitable between different dye batches. The key solution is to avoid using fabric from different dye lots for a single garment during cutting. Our products are strictly sorted by dye lot before delivery. Please check your cutting records.
