A2: This relates to color fastness. For nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex fabrics, dark and bright colors in particular tend to have lower wet rubbing and perspiration fastness. We use mid-to-high grade dyes, with color fastness generally reaching Grade 3 to 4 (the national standard pass mark is Grade 3). If you require superior color fastness, please specify your requirements when placing fabric orders.
Q3: We consider this a serious fabric quality issue. How will you handle it?
A3: Please stop using the affected fabric rolls immediately and keep them sealed. We do not accept returns for cut fabric.
