Q: Can you provide samples? What about the cost?
A: Standard swatch cards are free. For custom or meter samples, nominal cost is charged, which will be credited against your future bulk order. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Q: The sample fabric is fine, but defects occur in bulk production. Did you cut corners?
A: We fully guarantee consistent quality between bulk goods and approved samples. Differences may arise from:
Dye lot variation during production;
Fluctuations in bulk finishing processes (e.g. setting temperature);
Variations between yarn batches.
We adhere to the principle of "quality subject to the approved sample". We will arrange replenishment, payment deduction or compensation per contract terms if the issue is confirmed as our liability.
Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For regular fabrics, MOQ is around 1,000meters or 160KG per color. For customized fabrics, the MOQ is negotiable based on complexity. We are flexible to support your development needs.
