This JN148TB8 jacquard fabric is made of 85% nylon and 15% spandex. It weighs 150 grams and has a width of 155cm. The fabric surface has a unique dark pattern jacquard, which feels soft and skin friendly. The mesh structure brings good breathability, with sufficient elasticity to fit the body shape and is not easy to cover. 3.Spots and stains appear on the fabric.

This is most likely caused by oil contaminants (spin finish oil, loom oil) attached to the fabric during weaving or storage. The oil is not completely removed in finishing processes, leading to dye repellency and the formation of colored spots during dyeing.

4.The fabric fades due to friction or sweat.

This relates to color fastness. For nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex fabrics, dark and bright colors in particular tend to have lower wet rubbing and perspiration fastness. We use mid-to-high grade dyes, with color fastness generally reaching Grade 3 to 4 (the national standard pass mark is Grade 3). If you require superior color fastness, please specify your requirements when placing fabric orders.

5.Garments made from the same batch of fabric show color differences.

This is typically dye lot variation. Even with the same dye formula, slight color discrepancies are inevitable between different dye batches. The key solution is to avoid using fabric from different dye lots for a single garment during cutting. Our products are strictly sorted by dye lot before delivery. Please check your cutting records.
