The SC0123 fabric is composed of 43% nylon, 49% polyester, and 8% spandex, featuring a weight of 160g/m² and a width of 152cm. It boasts a distinctive horizontal ribbed texture and offers excellent stretch, ensuring a close fit without feeling constrictive. With a smooth hand-feel, durable elasticity, and good shaping properties, it is ideal for form-fitting long-sleeve base layers and yoga tops. Q: Spots and stains appear on the fabric.

A: This is most likely caused by oil contaminants (spin finish oil, loom oil) attached to the fabric during weaving or storage. The oil is not completely removed in finishing processes, leading to dye repellency and the formation of colored spots during dyeing.

Q: Garments made from the same batch of fabric show color differences.

A: This is typically dye lot variation. Even with the same dye formula, slight color discrepancies are inevitable between different dye batches. The key solution is to avoid using fabric from different dye lots for a single garment during cutting. Our products are strictly sorted by dye lot before delivery. Please check your cutting records.
