A1: We fully guarantee consistent quality between bulk goods and approved samples. Differences may arise from:

● Fluctuations in bulk finishing processes (e.g. setting temperature);
● Variations between yarn batches.
We adhere to the principle of "quality subject to the approved sample". We will arrange replenishment, payment deduction or compensation per contract terms if the issue is confirmed as our liability.
Q2: Lap Dips and Strike Offs.
A2: ● For dyed fabric: Confirm the colors from Pantone Book, and we will finish it in 5 workdays.
● For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we will make strike-offs for approral before the bulk production, and it will spend about 5-7 workdays.
Q3: Fabric weight does not match the order requirement.
A3: Fabric weight deviation can be caused by various factors, such as abnormal fabric width and unstable shrinkage after high-temperature setting. Weight also varies at different positions on a single fabric roll. Our contract generally allows a tolerance of ±5%. If the deviation is excessive and unacceptable, please stop using the fabric and contact our after-sales team. We will arrange replenishment, payment deduction or compensation per contract terms if the issue is confirmed as our liability.
