A2: ● For mild balling of the brushed fabric (meeting the national standard balling grade of ≥3~4 levels), it is considered a normal loss. It is recommended to use a hair removal tool for treatment. It is not regarded as a quality issue.
● If there is severe balling, balling before wearing, or uniform balling across the entire fabric, it can be determined that the fabric's anti-balling performance does not meet the standard. In such cases, options like providing additional fabric, reworking, or compensation at a discounted price can be negotiated.
