A1: If there is initial fading but the washability/friability resistance meets the standard (≥3~4 grades), it is within the normal range. The test water temperature should be around 30℃, and the fabric should be tested separately.
If it is confirmed that the severe fading is caused by quality issues, we will undertake the repair or compensation.
For special-purpose fabrics (swimwear/athletic wear), please specify before placing the order whether additional tests for chlorine resistance and sweat resistance are required.
Q2: We consider this a serious fabric quality issue. How will you handle it?
A2: Please stop using the affected fabric rolls immediately and keep them sealed. We do not accept returns for cut fabric.
