This creates a smooth surface on both sides, giving it a distinct hand feel that is denser, more stable, and less prone to curling or running than single knits. Known for its excellent crosswise stretch and good recovery, interlock knit fabric is also breathable and retains its shape well.

A1: The moisture absorption and quick-drying function relies on a complete process of wicking, diffusion and evaporation. Poor performance may result from the following reasons:
● Repeated washing weakens the durability of functional treatments;
● Overly tight garment design blocks air circulation around the fabric.
We recommend making relatively loose sportswear to give full play to the moisture-wicking performance.
Q2: The fabric turns yellow after being stored for a period of time.
A2: This is commonly referred to as phenolic yellowing. It is not a dyeing defect of the fabric itself. Phenolic antioxidants volatilize in enclosed storage spaces, contact the fabric, and react with nitrogen oxides to produce yellow substances.
Prevention measures:
● Use eco-friendly packaging free of antioxidants, and keep the warehouse dry and well-ventilated;
● Choose dark shades for dyeing, or add anti-phenolic yellowing auxiliaries to light-colored fabrics.
Q3: Your fabric test reports show compliance, but our finished garments fail relevant standards. Who is responsible?
A3: This requires a clear clarification. Our test reports are based on national standards and mutually confirmed samples. Possible reasons for the discrepancy:
● Inconsistent test items (we test raw fabric, while you test garments after washing);
● Impact of garment manufacturing processes (e.g. high-temperature pressing damages fabric elasticity);
● Differences in testing methods.
We suggest sending the disputed garments and retained fabric samples to a mutually recognized third-party laboratory for parallel testing. Liability will be determined based on the test results, and we will fully cooperate.
