We use mid-to-high grade dyes, with color fastness generally reaching Grade 3 to 4 (the national standard pass mark is Grade 3). If you require superior color fastness, please specify your requirements when placing fabric.
Q2: Spots and stains appear on the fabric.
A2: This is most likely caused by oil contaminants (spin finish oil, loom oil) attached to the fabric during weaving or storage. The oil is not completely removed in finishing processes, leading to dye repellency and the formation of colored spots during dyeing.
Q3: We consider this a serious fabric quality issue. How will you handle it?
A3: Please stop using the affected fabric rolls immediately and keep them sealed. We do not accept returns for cut fabric.
