Q1: May I have samples?
A1: We offer you free samples as your requirement. If you are the first time to cooperate with us, the postage should be paid by you. When you place the order, we will return it back to you. In the next cooperations, we will be in charge of it.
Q2: The fabric has an irritating odor, similar to fishy or sour smell.
A2: This is oil odor or resin odor, which may come from three sources:
● spin finish oil;
● setting resin;
● dyeing auxiliaries.
Solution: Adequate ventilation and air drying can greatly reduce the odor.
Q3: We consider this a serious fabric quality issue. How will you handle it?
A3: Please stop using the affected fabric rolls immediately and keep them sealed. We do not accept returns for cut fabric.
