A1: This is typically dye lot variation. Even with the same dye formula, slight color discrepancies are inevitable between different dye batches. The key solution is to avoid using fabric from different dye lots for a single garment during cutting. Our products are strictly sorted by dye lot before delivery. Please check your cutting records.
Q2: The sample fabric is fine, but defects occur in bulk production. Did you cut corners?
A2: We fully guarantee consistent quality between bulk goods and approved samples. Differences may arise from:

● Fluctuations in bulk finishing processes (e.g. setting temperature);
● Variations between yarn batches.

Weight also varies at different positions on a single fabric roll. Our contract generally allows a tolerance of ±5%. If the deviation is excessive and unacceptable, please stop using the fabric and contact our after-sales team.
