Q1: The fabric is prone to snagging.
A1: Filament fabrics of nylon and polyester, especially lightweight and smooth types, are inherently susceptible to snagging due to fiber characteristics.
Suggests:
● This is a natural feature of high-grade fine fabrics, which require careful care;
● For minor snags, gently push the pulled yarn back from the reverse side;
● If snagging is unacceptable, choose plain weave or jacquard fabrics, which are more snag-resistant than filament fabrics.
Q2: How to deal with fabric fading:
A2: If there is initial fading but the washability/friability resistance meets the standard (≥3~4 grades), it is within the normal range. The test water temperature should be around 30℃, and the fabric should be tested separately.
If it is confirmed that the severe fading is caused by quality issues, we will undertake the repair or compensation.
For special-purpose fabrics (swimwear/athletic wear), please specify before placing the order whether additional tests for chlorine resistance and sweat resistance are required.
