A1: We offer you free samples as your requirement. If you are the first time to cooperate with us, the postage should be paid by you. When you place the order, we will return it back to you. In the next cooperations, we will be in charge of it.
Q2: Spots and stains appear on the fabric.
A2: This is most likely caused by oil contaminants (spin finish oil, loom oil) attached to the fabric during weaving or storage. The oil is not completely removed in finishing processes, leading to dye repellency and the formation of colored spots during dyeing.
Q3: Fabric weight does not match the order requirement.
A3: Fabric weight deviation can be caused by various factors, such as abnormal fabric width and unstable shrinkage after high-temperature setting. Weight also varies at different positions on a single fabric roll. Our contract generally allows a tolerance of ±5%. If the deviation is excessive and unacceptable, please stop using the fabric and contact our after-sales team. We will arrange replenishment, payment deduction or compensation per contract terms if the issue is confirmed as our liability.
