Q: Fabric weight does not match the order requirement
A: Fabric weight deviation can be caused by various factors, such as abnormal fabric width and unstable shrinkage after high-temperature setting. Weight also varies at different positions on a single fabric roll. Our contract generally allows a tolerance of ±5%. If the deviation is excessive and unacceptable, please stop using the fabric and contact our after-sales team. We will arrange replenishment, payment deduction or compensation per contract terms if the issue is confirmed as our liability.
Q：Can I customize my own print pattern and color?
A：Yes. We support custom digital printing. You can provide your own artwork, or we help develop new patterns & adjust color matching for you.
Q:What is your production lead-time for bulk goods?
