A2: Fabric weight deviation can be caused by various factors, such as abnormal fabric width and unstable shrinkage after high-temperature setting. Weight also varies at different positions on a single fabric roll. Our contract generally allows a tolerance of ±5%. If the deviation is excessive and unacceptable, please stop using the fabric and contact our after-sales team. We will arrange replenishment, payment deduction or compensation per contract terms if the issue is confirmed as our liability.

A3: This phenomenon is called frosting. Long-term local friction flattens the microscopic structure of fiber surfaces and increases light reflection. It is not actual color fading, but physical wear. Though nylon features good wear resistance, frosting cannot be completely avoided and is regarded as normal wear marks. Fabrics with textures such as matte finish, twill and jacquard can effectively reduce this issue.
