Does the fabric quality inspection standard for the first-class product must be a class A fabric

Update:07 May
A good fabric is not necessarily a class A standard, but a class A standard is usually a better fabric.
Each index of the fabric has a corresponding test standard:
●Formaldehyde content: GB/T 2912.1-2009
PH value: GB/T 7573-2009
Tear strength: GB/T 3917.3-2009
●Color fastness to rubbing: GB/T 3920-2008
● Color fastness to soaping: GB/T 3921-2013
●Perspiration fastness: GB/T 3922-2013
●Color fastness to washing: GB/T 5713-2013
●Color fastness to light: GB/T 8427-2008
●UV protection: GB/T 18830-2009
●Moisture absorption and quick drying: GB/T 21655.1-2008
●Antibacterial knitted fabric: FZ/T 73023-2006
● Resistance to hydrostatic pressure: GB/T 4744-2013
●Waterproof: GB/T 4745-2012.
●Moisture permeability 9: GB/T 12704.2-2009 B
But it should be noted that the above are all "[GB/T] national recommended standards, and "FZ/TJ textile industry recommended standards, various recommended standards.
There are three or four hundred items. The Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates:
●Recommended standard = the country encourages the adoption of
● Mandatory standard = must be implemented
Production, sales, import of products or provision of services that do not meet mandatory standards shall bear civil liability in accordance with the law; and shall be publicized in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and administrative regulations; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. But above the recommended standards, there are only two "GB" national mandatory standards:
●GB 18401-2010 "National Basic Safety Technical Specification for Textile Products"
●GB 31701-2015 "Technical Specification for Safety of Textile Products for Infants and Children"
These two mandatory standards are the bottom line of fabric quality. They are both "safety technical specifications". The safety standards for textiles are divided into three levels: A, B, and C. Infants under the age of 3 or less than 100cm tall, clothing, bedding, etc. Must meet Class A standards and must be marked.
