Unlike basic coated materials, this Printed neoprene fabric utilizes advanced sublimation or screen-printing techniques that penetrate the fibers, ensuring the intricate patterns resist fading and cracking over time. The SBR foam interior delivers superior shock absorption, thermal insulation, and buoyancy, protecting delicate items from impact damage. Furthermore, the fabric's inherent flexibility allows it to be easily cut and sewn without delamination, providing manufacturers with a versatile substrate for complex shapes and custom branding projects.

FAQ:
Q1: The fabric has an irritating odor, similar to fishy or sour smell.
A1: This is oil odor or resin odor, which may come from three sources:
● spin finish oil;
● setting resin;
● dyeing auxiliaries.
Solution: Adequate ventilation and air drying can greatly reduce the odor.
Q2: The fabric turns yellow after being stored for a period of time.
A2: This is commonly referred to as phenolic yellowing. It is not a dyeing defect of the fabric itself. Phenolic antioxidants volatilize in enclosed storage spaces, contact the fabric, and react with nitrogen oxides to produce yellow substances.
Prevention measures:
● Use eco-friendly packaging free of antioxidants, and keep the warehouse dry and well-ventilated;
● Choose dark shades for dyeing, or add anti-phenolic yellowing auxiliaries to light-colored fabrics.
Q3: Spots and stains appear on the fabric.
A3: This is most likely caused by oil contaminants (spin finish oil, loom oil) attached to the fabric during weaving or storage. The oil is not completely removed in finishing processes, leading to dye repellency and the formation of colored spots during dyeing.
