A1: This is typically dye lot variation. Even with the same dye formula, slight color discrepancies are inevitable between different dye batches. The key solution is to avoid using fabric from different dye lots for a single garment during cutting. Our products are strictly sorted by dye lot before delivery. Please check your cutting records.
Q2: We consider this a serious fabric quality issue. How will you handle it?
A2: Please stop using the affected fabric rolls immediately and keep them sealed. We do not accept returns for cut fabric.
Please provide the following information:
● Clear photos or videos of the defective areas;
● Fabric roll labels and delivery documents;
● Detailed problem description and test results you have conducted.
We will launch the quality complaint process within 24 hours. If the defect is confirmed to be our liability, we will arrange replenishment, deduct payment or provide compensation in accordance with the contract.
