Q: What is the typical production and delivery lead time?
A: In-stock items: Ready to ship within 10-15 days. Custom orders:Approximately 30-45 days. The exact lead time is confirmed uponorder placement.
Q: How to deal with fabric fading:
A: If there is initial fading but the washability/friability resistance meets the standard (≥3~4 grades), it is within the normal range. The test water temperature should be around 30℃, and the fabric should be tested separately.
If it is confirmed that the severe fading is caused by quality issues, we will undertake the repair or compensation.
For special-purpose fabrics (swimwear/athletic wear), please specify before placing the order whether additional tests for chlorine resistance and sweat resistance are required
Q: How to deal with balling on the surface of the brushed fabric?
A: 1. For mild balling of the brushed fabric (meeting the national standard balling grade of ≥3~4 levels), it is considered a normal loss. It is recommended to use a hair removal tool for treatment. It is not regarded as a quality issue.
If there is severe balling, balling before wearing, or uniform balling across the entire fabric, it can be determined that the fabric's anti-balling performance does not meet the standard. In such cases, options like providing additional fabric, reworking, or compensation at a discounted price can be negotiated.
