Products are categorized by weight from 150gsm to 300gsm, employing twill and other weave structures. They are primarily used in industrial protective applications such as oil fields, petrochemicals, and power plants, as well as civilian applications in medical and sportswear sectors. Internationally mainstream composite processes include hot melt adhesive powder coating and polyurethane roller coating.
Domestic companies mainly focus on single-function production. Aramid quilted cotton and acid and alkali resistant polyester-cotton series products have achieved large-scale application, with exports increasing year by year. The industrial chain is constrained by imported finishing agents, and the development of multi-functional composite products faces technological bottlenecks. In the international market, due to increasingly stringent environmental policies, foreign dyeing and printing plants produce less, creating potential market opportunities. With the development of new materials such as nano-copper-based antibacterial fibers and temperature-controlled smart fabrics, functional fabrics are becoming new growth points in fields such as medical and new energy vehicle textiles. The application of environmentally friendly bio-based synthetic fibers and recycled materials from international brands is driving the industry towards sustainable development. Production costs have increased the price of special garments by 50-100 yuan per set, limiting product market penetration.
