Q: Garments made from the same batch of fabric show color differences.

A: This is typically dye lot variation. Even with the same dye formula, slight color discrepancies are inevitable between different dye batches. The key solution is to avoid using fabric from different dye lots for a single garment during cutting. Our products are strictly sorted by dye lot before delivery. Please check your cutting records.

Q: Why does the fabric become loose and lose elasticity after washing or wearing? Is the spandex broken?

A: This issue is usually not caused by broken spandex filaments, which would only lead to localized loss of resilience. The more common cause is spandex elastic fatigue. Just like a rubber band that stretches out after long-term use, repeated stretching, especially high-temperature washing and drying, will temporarily relax the molecular structure of spandex. We recommend hand-washing in cold or lukewarm water, avoiding tumble drying, and laying the fabric flat to air dry. Its elasticity can usually be partially restored.

Q: What causes shiny threads, thick yarns or obvious streaks on the fabric?

A: These are generally known as spandex whitening, warp streaks or weft bars. Spandex whitening occurs because spandex and nylon/polyester have different dye uptake rates, which becomes visible under certain lighting. Warp streaks and weft bars result from uneven yarn quality or weaving defects.

Please provide photos and the corresponding roll numbers if you encounter such issues, and we will conduct an immediate inspection. For recurring defects, we will file quality claims in accordance with quality inspection standards.
