1. Cotton Fabric: A general term for all kinds of cotton textiles. Cotton fabric includes varieties such as pure cotton and rayon. It is mostly used to make fashion clothing, casual wear, underwear, and shirts. Its advantages are that it is lightweight and warm, soft and close-fitting, and has excellent moisture absorption and breathability. Its disadvantages are that it shrinks and wrinkles easily, and its appearance is not very crisp and beautiful, requiring frequent ironing.

2. Linen Fabric: A type of fabric made from various bast fibers such as hemp, flax, ramie, jute, sisal, and abaca. It is generally used to make casual wear and work clothes, and is often used to make ordinary summer clothes. Its advantages are that it has extremely high strength, excellent moisture absorption, heat conduction, and breathability. Its disadvantages are that it is not very comfortable to wear, and its appearance is relatively rough and stiff.

3. Silk Fabric: A general term for various silk fabrics woven from silkworm silk. Like cotton fabric, it has many varieties and different characteristics. It can be used to make various garments, and is especially suitable for making women's clothing. Its advantages are lightness, a good fit, softness, smoothness, breathability, vibrant colors, a lustrous sheen, elegance, and comfort. Its disadvantages are that it wrinkles easily, clings to the body, is not very durable, and fades relatively quickly.

4. Woolen Fabric (also called wool) is a general term for fabrics woven from various types of wool and cashmere. It is typically used to make formal, high-end clothing such as dresses, suits, and coats. Its advantages are wrinkle resistance, durability, soft feel, elegant and crisp texture, elasticity, and strong warmth. Its main disadvantage is that it is relatively difficult to wash and is not very suitable for making summer clothing.

5. Leather is animal hide fabric that has been tanned. It is mostly used to make fashion and winter clothing. It can be divided into two categories: one is leather, which is leather that has undergone hair removal; the other is fur, which is treated leather with the hair still attached. Its advantages are lightness, warmth, and luxurious appearance. Its disadvantages are that it is expensive and requires high standards of storage and care, thus it is not suitable for widespread use.

6. Chemical Fibers
This is short for chemical fiber. It refers to textiles made from fibers produced using high molecular compounds as raw materials. It is generally divided into two categories: artificial fibers and synthetic fibers. Their common advantages are bright colors, soft texture, good drape, and smooth comfort. Their disadvantages are poor abrasion resistance, heat resistance, moisture absorption, and breathability; they are prone to deformation when heated and easily generate static electricity. Although it can be used to make various types of clothing, its overall quality is not high and it is not considered high-end.

7. Blended Fabrics
These are fabrics made by blending natural and chemical fibers in a certain proportion. They can be used to make various types of clothing. Their advantage is that they absorb the advantages of cotton, linen, silk, wool, and chemical fibers while minimizing their respective disadvantages. Moreover, they are relatively inexpensive, making them very popular.

8. Modal
Modal is a high-wet-modulus viscose fiber made from regenerated cellulose. The raw material is European beech wood, which is first processed into wood pulp and then spun into fiber using a specialized spinning process. All raw materials are natural, harmless to the human body, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly. Modal fiber combines the luxurious feel of natural fibers with the practicality of synthetic fibers. It possesses the softness of cotton, the luster of silk, and the smoothness of linen, while exhibiting superior water absorption and breathability compared to cotton. It also boasts a high dye uptake rate, resulting in bright and vibrant colors in fabrics. Modal fiber can be blended and interwoven with various fibers, such as cotton, linen, and silk, to enhance the quality of these fabrics, maintaining their softness and smoothness, and leveraging the unique characteristics of each fiber for optimal performance.
