Flocked fabric, with its three-dimensional pile, soft feel, and vibrant colors, is widely used in clothing, home textiles (sofas, cushions), and packaging. Its core care principle is "avoid rubbing and washing, avoid direct sunlight, and care for it with the nap in the direction of the pile" to protect the bonding layer between the pile and the base fabric.
When washing, it should be separated from other clothes. Soaking time should not be too long, and the water temperature should be between 30-35 degrees Celsius. Do not wring dry. Dry in a well-ventilated, shady place. It is recommended to use acidic detergents or a special detergent. Avoid brushing or vigorous rubbing. For daily cleaning, wipe stains with a damp cloth.
Flocked fabric has moderate wrinkle resistance and is prone to wrinkling after washing and drying; it is also prone to fading. In addition, attention should be paid to preventing static electricity in winter.
Avoid Strong Friction: The flocked layer is prone to flattening or falling off due to strong friction. Minimize repeated rubbing against rough surfaces when wearing or using the fabric.
Anti-static Treatment: In dry winter conditions, static electricity can easily attract dust. Wash with fabric softener or use an anti-static spray.
Wrinkle-resistant Storage: This fabric has moderate wrinkle resistance. When hanging, it is recommended to use a wide-shouldered hanger. When folding, avoid heavy pressure to prevent permanent creases.
